She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Anderson and Eler Turner Anderson; her husband Kenneth F. Ballard; her son Larry Lee Ballard; her sisters, Pauline Smith and Alma Anderson; her brothers-in-law, Clarence Smith and George Reynolds; and her niece Donna Kay Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Lynn Ballard (Cheryl) of Jacksonville and Dale Brian Ballard of Roodhouse; her daughter-in-law Judith Lynn Ballard of Plymouth, MI; her grandsons, Larry Lee Ballard Jr. (Jeanette) of Amherst, NH and David Kenneth Ballard of Jacksonville; her great grandchildren, Benjamin Shea of Amherst, NH, Samuel Kenneth of Amherst, NH, Natalie Judith of Amherst, NH and Isobel Rey Ballard of Amherst, NH; and her sister Betty Jo Reynolds (Betsy) of Godfrey.
Memorials are suggested to the First Baptist Church, Meals on Wheels, or the Fernwood Cemetery.
