He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kemper and Ellen Lendsey Kemper; his great grandchildren, Bradley Brauxen and Elijah Caristi; and his siblings, Dewey, Bill, Bob, Lewis, Tom Kemper and Margaret Anders.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Landreth; and his children, Donna Johnisee (Troy) of Roodhouse, Kathy Kemper of Roodhouse, Lucille Toohill (Ed) of Huston, MO, Jack Kemper II (Cathy) of Bunnell, FL and Jammie Kemper (Christy) of Jerseyville. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, and one great-grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.
