Mildred H. Cummins Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred H. Cummins of Roodhouse, Illinois, who passed away on July 10, 2025 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Travis and Trannie King Hoots; her husband J. Floyd Cummins; her son Jim Cummins; and her siblings, Ruby Gilmore and Lester Hoots.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Cummins (John Clark) of White Hall; her grandchildren, Katy Cummins of Springfield, MO and Jimmy Cummins; and her daughter-in-law Marlene Cummins of Waverly. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the First Baptist Church of Roodhouse East Side of Square Roodhouse. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at the White Hall Cemetery.
