He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Sr. Wallis and Darlene Wallis; his nephew Dustin Wallis; his granddaughter Cheyenne Lemerand; and his great-niece Journee Vineyard.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Wallis of Roodhouse; his stepfather Lloyd Leonard Sr.; his sister Pamela Wallis; his sister-in-law Pamela Wallis; his daughters, Terri Wallis and Carrie Lemerand (Evan); his stepsons, Donald Cole (Shanon) and Nathan Cole (Marsha); his grandchildren, Kaycee Jones, Madison Turner (James), Kayla Bray (Joshua), Sharee Krominga (Drew), Kourtney Brewster (Tyler), Kyle Livengood (Jessi), Dallas Hernandez, Kory Livengood (Iris), Sam Cole (Bryanna), Autumn Goode (Trenton), Charles Lemerand and Nadia Lemerand; and his great grandchildren, Taya, Hannah Bray, Emric, Jaxx Krominga, Asher, Winslow Brewster, Kolesyn and Evie Goode.
The family asks that donations be made to St. Louis Children's Hospital and/or North Greene Athletic Department in lieu of memorials and flowers.
