He is survived by: his mother Kay Castleberry Brooks of White Hall, IL; his son Steven Brooks of Roodhouse, IL; his sister Tracey Bierman (Mark) of Belleville, IL; and his nieces, Peyton and Elana Bierman of Belleville, IL..
