He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Schermerhorn and Hannah Schermerhorn; his siblings, Myrl, Dale, Blanche, Darlene (Dolly), June, Janice, Elaine and Delores (Dee); and his granddaughter Crystal Schermerhorn.
He is survived by: his wife Janice; his sisters, Cora Crow and Sharon Rock; his children, Dean (Patti), Leslie, Troy Schermerhorn (Larane) and Lisa Paris; and his grandchildren, Stacy Bunton (Chris), Cara Kamholz, Jesse Schermerhorn, Preston McDonald (Annie), Cortney Storlie (Jerrod), Carissa, Trenton and Misty Schermerhorn. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and an abundance of nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Roscoe United Methodist Church in Harold's honor.
