We bid farewell to Janet Lind of Roscoe, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 26, 2026 at the age of 82. Janet touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Lumsden and Elsie Lumsden (Comstock); her husband John Lind (Jack); and her sister Lorretta Seeling. She is survived by: her daughter Kym Lind of Rockford; her grandchildren, Jesstine Johnson (Matthew) of Loves Park and Andrew Johnson of Rockford; her great grandchildren, Gavin, Grant McKibben of Poplar Grove, Elijah and Elsie Johnson of Loves Park; her brother Theodore Lumsden (Pamela) of Gurley, Alabama; and her nieces and nephews, Jada Butler (Paul), Kassy Lumsden, Mark Melenas (Tonda), Scott Showen (Janine) and Jason Lumsden (April).
