He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Walker and Alice Walker (Haynes); his daughter Jerilyn Ebert; his daughter-in-law Brinda Walker; and his siblings, John Austin, Barbara Cole, Mary VanMeter and Ila Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Walker; his children, Juliene Kail (Michael) of Brodhead, WI, Brian Walker of Orfordville, WI, Curtis Walker (Teresa) of Beloit, WI and Douglas Walker (Vicki) of Stillman Valley, IL; and his grandchildren, Kendra Kail (Frank Cone), Craig Kail (Jodi), Kevin Kail (Andrea), Christina Scheidegger (Derek), Keith Kail (Haily Wahlgren), Keycia Dahlvig (Lucus), Kristopher Walker (Amanda Klinger), Kyle Walker (Brooke), Tyler Walker (Kaitlin), Courtney Serda (Jesse), Whitney Walker and Travis Walker (Michelle). He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren and one on the way; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hope Evangelical Free Church (5656 Elevator Rd, Roscoe, IL 61073). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
