She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Stouffer and Blanche Stouffer (Blackmore); her husband Benjamin Hilmer of Paul's Lutheran Church; and her sisters, Maxine Sager and Geraldine Hermanson (Dave).
She is survived by: her children, Rodney Hilmer (Julie) of Edgerton, Dana Hilmer (Elaine) of Beloit and Douglas Hilmer (Kimberly) of Beloit; her grandchildren, David Hilmer, Derek Hilmer (Anna), Melissa Cuellar (James), Krista Lemke (Kyle) and Jarod Hilmer (Alex); and her great grandchildren, Dylan, Cole, Aili, Ethan, Cameron, Felix and Nova. She is also survived by her family and all of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
