She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Nohr and Nettie Nohr (Wiltse); her brother Elliot Nohr (Devyn); and her husband Edward Jack. She is survived by: her children, Steven (Sherry), Timothy (Gay), David (Susan), Thomas (Vicki), Dennis (Kim) and Sandra Puhl (Timothy); and her grandchildren, Josh (Tramequa), Matthew (Nikki), Adam, Brandon (Ashley), Brock (Sara), Blake, Carli (Garrett), McKenna and Jessica. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice.
