It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mark Allen Olson of Roscoe, Illinois, who passed away on April 15, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As Mark Allen departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Mark Allen. Though Mark Allen may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Olson and Joyce Olson (Weaver); his wife Ellen K. Olson (Reese); his sons, Matthew and Andrew; and his brothers, Dave, John and Steve (LeAnne). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Roscoe United Methodist Church, Harmon Hall (10653 Main St, Roscoe, IL 61073).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family for a memorial to be determined at a later date.
