He was predeceased by: his child Cali Tanner; his sister Mary Pat Stoll; and his parents, James and Viola. He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his children, Sean (Sarah), Patrick, Erin Hervas (Anthony), Brett Tanner (Renee) and Karla Tanner; his grandchildren, Alyanna, Brooke and Ryan; his sibling Michele Neilson (Bill); and his nieces and nephews, Mike, Chris, Lisa and Brian.
