He was predeceased by: his parents, Dell J. House and Winifred A. House (Gilmore); and his siblings, Shirley Elaine Flanagan and Edward E. House. He is survived by: his wife Carole House (Hull); his children, John R. House, Jr. (Susie) and Kelly J. Schaefer (Brad); his stepdaughters, Stacy Sunn and Michele Smith (Will); his grandchildren, Ryleigh Clark (Jenna), Ben Smith, Bradleigh Schaefer Reed (Austin), Cody Estes (Kori), Alyssa Wilson, Zackary Sunn, Sean Sunn, Jesse Smith and Austin Smith; his great grandchildren, Claire, Stella Clark, Brooklyn, Delilah, Caeley Estes, Chyan Wilson, Kaysen and Kyler Sunn; and his siblings-in-law, Tjodie House and Tom Flanagan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials can be made to the Roseville United Methodist Church and sent to the funeral home.
