He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Milligan-Heller of Golconda, IL.; his children, Lawrence Hammer Jr. (Jere Ann) of Paducah, KY. and Nicole DeMichael-Thomas (John) of Pottstown, PA.; his siblings-in-law, Frank Milligan (Linda) of Oklahoma City and Betty Milligan; his nephew Hayden Milligan of Madison, WI.; and his aunt Mary Shaw of Rosiclare.
