She is survived by: her sisters, Kathleen Jennings, Hazel Colbert and Nadine Rutherford; her children, Mike Lewis (Jolene) of Cave, Mark Lewis of Cave and Susan Armstrong (Darrick) of Elizabethtown, IL.; and her grandchildren, Kelli Jo Lewis Baize (Stan) of Evansville, IN, Alli Armstrong Vaughan (Jake) of Fort Wayne, IN and Adriana Armstrong Lane (Garrett) of Herod, IL..
