He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Denton; and his grandparents, James, Frances Cain, Alfred and Cora Denton.
He is survived by: his mother Cathy Brooks (Cain) of Rossville, IL; his brothers, Matt Denton of Rossville, IL and John Brooks of Rossville, IL; his half-sister Christine Meacham; and his pet Vegas.
