He was predeceased by : his mother Nancy Kloth (Fletcher). He is survived by : his father Dennis Kloth of Campbell Hill, IL; his wife Rachel Mikel; his children, Elliott, Violet and Everett; his half-sister Robin Puckett of Hillsboro, IL; his parents-in-law, Dan and Melissa Mikel of Rossville, IL; his siblings-in-law, Anna Grace (Jason), Rebekah Mikel and Sam Mikel (Jessica Heaton); his nieces and nephews, Jordan, Amara, Mason, Ella, Camila and Roman; his friend Doug Bitner; his cousins, Jamie and Tad; his aunts, Kim (Kenny), Kathy (Allen) and Angie; and his uncle Steve. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
