He is survived by: his wife Susan Protasio; his grandchildren, Jayme Jo Protasio, Bradley Quinn Protasio, Spencer Ryan Protasio, Gabriel Navigar, Raphael Navigar, Mikela Navigar, Liam Navigar and Sophia Navigar; and his sister Mila Protasio Penasales (Roger). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church (135 S Milwaukee Ave, Lake Villa, IL 60046). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 12:30 PM at 440 E Rollins Rd, Round Lake Beach, IL 60073.
