He is survived by: his wife Susan Hendrickson; his children, David Hendrickson (Sharon Finley) and Rebecca Cappelli (Rick); and his grandchildren, Gwen Hendrickson, Chad Cappelli (Gabby) and Amy Cappelli (Evan Lopez).
