He is survived by: his wife Betty Phelan; his brother Martin Phelan (Kathy); his children, Kenneth Clibourn (Lisa), Kristen Doyle (Bill), Diane Burbach (Bob), David Hungness (Joann), Steven Hungness (Jane), Michael Hungness (Amber) and Colleen Marie Phelan; and his grandchildren, David, Christopher, Shelby, Jessie, Kelly, Elena, Alexa, Catarina, Nicalina and Emmalia.
