He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Guardino and Rose Guardino; and his siblings, Theresa Petrucci, Geraldine Dziewiatkowski, Sam Guardino and Mame Corrado.

He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Guardino; his children, David Guardino, Michael Guardino, Karen Weinberg (Jamie), Cheryl Gerger, Angela Karcinski and Frank Lemke; and his sister Jacqueline Lachman (Bob). He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren, his 3 great-grandchildren.
