He was predeceased by : his parents, Emil Kerwin and Elvira Kerwin; his wife Patricia Hollander; his daughter Amy; and his brother John.
He is survived by : his son Michael Kerwin of Wilmette, IL; and his grandchildren, Aidan Kerwin and Caroline Novak.
