He is survived by: his children, Denise Medina (Thomas) and Michael Ziemblicki Jr. (Karina) of Lindenhurst, IL; his grandchildren, Marisa, Olivia Medina, Jayden and Chris Ziemblicki of Lindenhurst; and his sister Nancy Ziemblicki of Chicago.
