Hajek, Jr. of Columbia City, IN; his grandchildren, Logan, Tyson, Jaylyn, Josey, Raeglyn and Ella; and his stepgrandchildren, Eilyah and Auriella. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
