He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Cundiff and Irene Cundiff (Spain); his wife Marjorie Cundiff (Bolen); his brother Francis Cundiff Jr.; and his sister-in-law Patricia Cundiff.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Cundiff of Marion and Mandy Johnson (Dan) of Plainfield; his grandchildren, Erin, Zachary and Eli; and his siblings, Marilyn Shown (Danny) of Searcy, AR, Marlena Depetris-Lusher (Ralph) of Benton, AR and Marvin Cundiff of Glasgow, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
