Linda Sue Knapp- Obituary

Linda Sue Knapp, 57, of rural Seaton, IL. formerly of Monmouth died at 6:15 P.M. Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at her home. She was born Feb. 22, 1955 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Junior Henry "Bunk" and Ambolene "Lea" (Small) Hecke. She was raised and educated in Chicago, graduating from Harold Richards High School. Linda married James Knapp in Chicago on Aug. 30. 1989 and he survives.

Linda was a homemaker and worked at Farmland. She enjoyed spending time with her family, grandchildren and her horses. She loved showing her horses and attending horse shows. She attended the Nazarene Church. Survivors include her husband, James of Seaton; 4 children, Stacey Sherry of Monmouth, Dawn (Tony) Mills of Little York, Amanda Knapp of Georgia, and Brandon Knapp of Galesburg; 4 grandchildren, Jessicca Sherry, Jaccelynn Sherry, Lexuss Dutton and Luke Mills; 1 brother, Donald (Joyce) Hecke of Arkansas; nieces and nephews Her parents preceded her in death.
