He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Earl and Gladys Naomi Coulter Quinn; his grandchildren, Nicholas Smith and Bailey Jo Quinn; his great grandchild James Doyle; and his siblings, Thelma Vincent, Gerald, Raymond and Ronald Quinn.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Quinn of Rushville, Illinois.; his sons, Tim Quinn (Kelly) of Concord, Tom Quinn (Anissa) of Astoria, Ted Quinn (Mel) of Beardstown and Reggie Quinn (Amber) of Rushville, Illinois.; his stepchildren, Bobby Smith (Tracy) of Lafayette, Monty Smith (Kay) of Rushville and Wendy Cameron (Marty) of Astoria, Illinois.; and his pets, Rizzo and Maverick.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hendricker Funeral Home (406 S Capitol Ave, Mt Sterling, IL 62353). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the Schuyler County Humane Society.
