He is survived by: his children, Chris Hayes of Vermont, IL, Brad Hayes of Astoria, Jake Hayes of Vermont, Dylan Hayes of Vermont and Kayssie Hayes of Vermont; his siblings, Brian Hayes (Crystal) of Astoria, Tony Hayes (Shantell) of Vermont and Patricia Hayes of Rushville; his grandmother Geraldine Hayes of Macomb, IL; and his stepsister Katy Walters of Astoria.
