She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Dale and Virginia Maxine Stevens (Reed); her husband Bobby Jack Johnson; and her brothers, Earl Craig Stevens and Dana Dale Stevens.
She is survived by: her children, Cara Ham (Rick) of Belize, Kevin Johnson (Michelle) of Mount Sterling and Scott Johnson (Jennifer) of Rushville; and her grandchildren, Christopher, Ryan, Tim, Dalton, Damon, Ashley, Zachary and Kendall. She is also survived by one great granddaughter, one great grandson and by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in memory of Susan are suggested to the Southern Baptist Church of Beardstown.
