He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hansen and Frances Hansen (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Rose M. Simpko of Rutland; and his children, Donna Bauer (Gerard) of Decatur, Laurie Ullrich (William) of Washburn, Linda Fowler (James) of Suwanee, GA, Carol Jording of Clinton and Richard Hansen of Mt. Zion. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Toluca-Rutland Fire Protection District.
