He is survived by: his wife Kay Van Voorhis of St. Anne; his grandchildren, Andrea Moffet (Andrew), Jordan Van Voorhis, Cole, Rees Van Voorhis, Taylor DeVos (Maggie Moffat), Hannah Lambert, Ryan, Zachary and Aaron Poe; his great grandchildren, Oliver Moffet and Emersyn Lambert; and his siblings, George Van Voorhis (Mary) of Godfrey, Deana Kay Wolff of Alton, Becky Heiens (Bill) of Effingham, Lynn Stinson (Jeff) of Myrtle Beach and Nancy Warner (Mark) of Godfrey Illinois. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
