Hayward; her children, Dawn Kalinowski (Chris), Sharon DeYoung (Scott) and Benjamin Hayward (Cyndi); her grandchildren, Gabrielle Bulger, John Funderburg, MaryJane DeYoung and Rudolph DeYoung; and her great grandchildren, Oliver Bulger, Eva, Llewyn Funderburg, Amberley, Benjamin and Gavin DeYoung.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Baptist Church.
