He is survived by: his wife Judith Elaine Watts; his sons, Wayne Mills (Tricia) and Scott Mills (Darci); his stepdaughters, Tara Urbanski (Mark) and Kimberly Hendrickson; his siblings, Wesley Mills (Linda), Marvin Mills (Patty), David Mills (Julie), Marlene Chamberlain (Doug) and Jolene Mills Gersdorf (Phil); and his grandsons, Nigel, Duncan and Ethan.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Peoples Church, Legacy Center (6644 N 1000 West Rd, Bourbonnais, IL 60914). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
