She was predeceased by : her parents, Michael Martin and Marilyn Martin. She is survived by : her husband Roger Perry; her children, Mike Adams (Patti) and Becca Conley (Sarah); her grandchildren, Shawn Gibford, Jonathan Gibford, Grace Volkmar, Addie Volkmar and Chaz Finley; her great grandchildren, Charlotte Gibford and Elliana Gibford; her sister Ginny Kuzniar (Joe); her brother-in-law Wayne Perry; her cousin Charlotte Forsyth; and her nieces and nephews, C. J. Conley (Ben), Marty Ottilie (Heidi), Margaret Lindskog (Kris) and Byron Perry (Katie).

Visitation was held on Sunday, May 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Conley Funeral Home (116 W Pierce St, Elburn, IL 60119). A funeral service was held on Sunday, May 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Barb's name. Checks may be made to the "Barbara Jean Perry Memorial" and mailed in care of P.O. Box 66, Elburn, 60119.
