With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara M. King (Saint Charles, Illinois), born in Schenectady, New York, who passed away on April 23, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Miller and Rhea Miller; and her husband Bertram Joseph King. She is survived by: her significant other Bertram J. "Bert" King; her daughters, Cynthia Harkins of Hawthorne, Pamela Richey (Robert) of Savannah and Barbara Wasinger (Thomas) of Hays, Kansas; her grandchildren, Matthew Wasinger (Victoria), Andrew Wasinger, Anne Marie Hager (Garrett), Mark Wasinger, Lauren Doyle (Ryan), Stephen Smith and Douglas Harkins; her great grandchildren, Gentry Hager and Isabella Wasinger; and also Monica Cody.

A funeral mass will be held at St. James Catholic Church in Savannah, Georgia and due to the coronavirus, a celebration of her life will be held at the Marshes and St. Patrick's Church in St. Charles, Illinois when conditions permit.

In lieu of flowers, donations to GHC Foundation (Hospice), Post Office Box 15665, Savannah, Georgia 31416 are appreciated.
