He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Blake and Theodosia Blake (Riggs); and his wife Erin. He is survived by: his children, Lauren Crandall (Timothy) of Cincinnati, OH, John Blake (Megan) of Wyoming, OH and Rebecca Martin (Sam) of Geneva, IL. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
