He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Craterfield); his son David Jr. (Sarah) of St Charles; his grandchildren, Jordan Christley (Aaron) and Josh; his son William (Kristen) of Wisconsin; his granddaughter Amanda Burton (Zack); his great grandchildren, Grace, Aiden and Addy Burton; and his grandson Jake Hensley (Elina).
