The family announces the passing of David F. Maas of Saint Charles, Illinois on September 18, 2026. David, born on November 15, 1945, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Maas and Rose Mary Maas (Beierlotzer); his sister Joan Ketcham; and his in-laws, Don and Margaret Berkes.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Maas; his brothers, Ken Maas (Kathy), Steve Maas and Paul Maas (Carol Roth); his siblings-in-law, Donna Sable (late Garry Nelson) and Mike Ketcham; his nephews, Jason McRell (Mary) and Michael Ketcham (Jordan); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryann, Hayden, Tanner McRell and Pierce Ketcham. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. John Neumann Catholic Church (2900 E Main St, St. Charles, IL 60174). A burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at the Calvary Cemetery (720 E Washington St, West Chicago, IL 60185).
