She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Jackolin; her siblings, Kevin Walsh and Nancy Walsh; and her uncle Phil Baker. She is survived by: her son Kyle Jackolin (Taylor Oram); her siblings-in-law, Bob Jackolin, Monica Walsh and Maddi Halpern; and her sibling's children, Michael Walsh (Jacki), Joseph Walsh (Jennifer) and Rebecca Halpern.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Janet's name.
