He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Gerard and Linda Gerard (McEnany); and his brother Jereme Gerard. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer A. Gerard; his daughters, Anne and Delaney Gerard of St. Charles, IL; his brother Jason M. Gerard of Batavia, IL.; his siblings-in-law, David Hill (Dianna), Todd Hill (Lisa), Scott Hill (Terri) and Dianne Derrick (Owen); his nephews, Isaac (Haley), William Gerard, Jon Hill (Carolina), Jack Hill (Kailey), Josh, Joe Miller (Kristy), Kyla (Mary Katherine Hill) and Elianne Derrick; his great-nephew Tyler Miller; and his great-nieces, Aubrey Miller and Violet Hill.
