Though Jerlyn may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jerlyn leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Lewis Blanchard and Patricia Telfer Blanchard. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Mastalka, Christina Mastalka Ryan and Brenda Mastalka; her grandchildren, James Dickerson, Desirae Mastalka and Mathias Rensner; her husband Mark Mastalka; her son-in-law Andy Ryan; and her siblings, Robert Blanchard (Susie), Jan Blanchard Easter (Ron) and Carroll Blanchard. She is also survived by many other extended family members and dear friends.
