She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Kolben and Elaine Kolben; and her brother Steve. She is survived by : her husband Richard Horneck Jr.; her children, Richard III (Elizabeth), Lauren (Colin) and Lindsey (Jordan); and her grandchildren, Hailey, Liam, Elsie, Jack, Charlie, KC and Teyla.
