Michael Kozak III Obituary

We announce the death of Michael Kozak III of Saint Charles, Illinois, who passed away on September 2, 2026, at the age of 81. Michael will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Kozak Jr. and Ann Kozak; and his daughter Kelley Nichole Kozak. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Kozak; his daughter Kristin Kozak Wertenberger (Marc); his grandchildren, Matthew, Aidan and Samantha; his daughter Kimberly Giagnacovo; his grandsons, Lucas and Dominick; his great grandchild Michael B. Kozak (Stephanie Bell); Landry and Kennedy.
