He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Jonathan (Danielle) of Batavia, IL and Thomas (Gabriella) of Greenwood, IN; and his siblings, Janet Cunningham of Chicago, IL and Martin Cunningham (Lynn) of Hoffman Estates, IL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
