He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Bergeson Martinson and Leo Martinson of Chicago's Austin; his wife Dorothy Caroline Larabee; his son Chad; his siblings, Roy and Dorothy Cobe; and his brother-in-law Ken Cobe.
He is survived by: his children, Todd Martinson (Lisa) of Mendota and Ami Lautenschlager (Eric) of Geneva; his daughter-in-law Joanne Martinson of Arlington Heights; and his grandchildren, Travis, Wyatt, Rayna, Twila, Rey, Alene, Haley and Von.
