With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard G. Barr of Saint Charles, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 28, 2026 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Joan; and his parents, John Barr and Ethel Barr. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Ahlness (Trevor), Donald Barr (Natalie), Alicia Barr and Kristan Fortman (late Paul); his grandchildren, Cody, Jacob, Brooks, Don Jr., Lexy, Duke, Evie and Savanna; his sister Sharon Sexton; his nieces and nephews, Doug and Jody; and his friend Justin.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dick's memory may be made to the St. Charles Moose Lodge or Kristan Fortman.
