She was predeceased by: her spouse Clairon J. "Perk" Perkins; her parents, Celia Carr and George Carr; and her sibling Greig Carr. She is survived by: her son Duane (Carie); her grandchildren, Morgan (Tyler), Garrett and Tristan; her great grandchild Zaidyn; and her brothers, Ken Carr and Marvin Carr. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
