She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Acitelli; her parents, Peter Gramatikakes and Fontini Gramatikakes; and her siblings, Anna Cotsilis (late Pete) and John (late Pat).
She is survived by: her children, Clem Acitelli, Mark Acitelli and Charles Acitelli (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Lacey, Sarah, Clem Jr. (Olivia), Chris, Anthony C. and Anna; and her great grandchild Anthony M. Fond.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Holy Apostles Greek Orthodox Church (2501 S Wolf Rd, Westchester, IL 60154). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Holy Apostles Greek Orthodox Church or St. Athanasios Greek Orthodox Church, 1855 Fifth Ave., Aurora.
