He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lyon and Madelyn Lyon; and his daughter Roseann Piekarz. He is survived by: his wife Mary Devine; his children, Rick Lyons (David Green), Mary Jo Sandheinrich (Mark), Tom Lyons (Kelly), Mark Lyons (Tom Clark), Rob Lyons (Jenny) and Joe Lyons (Kim); his son-in-law Dave Piekarz; his grandchildren, Andy Lyons (Nicole Cooke), Molly Werner (Uli), Adam Lyons (Sam), Mitch Lyons, Patrick Lyons, Katie Sandheinrich (Patrick Leitheiser), Lou Piekarz, Ian Lyons, Maddie Sandheinrich, Mary Rose Piekarz, Megan Sandheinrich, Will Lyons, Tommy Piekarz, Grace Lyons, Hattie Lyons, Maggie Lyons, Phoebe Lyons and Tommy Lyons; and his great grandchildren, Brynn Rose Werner and Eleanor Rose Lyons.
