We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2020, at the age of 78, Virginia Rae Minard (Saint Charles, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Madsen and Vivian Madsen (Urch); her sisters, Jacqueline Dahlquist and Merikay Lindell; and her husband Ralph.

She is survived by: her son John (Ann) of Janesville, WI; her grandchildren, Morgan, Avery and Luke; her children, Michael (Rachel) of St. Charles and Jill Cobb (Steve) of Cedarburg, WI; and her grandchildren, Hannah and Abbey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, special cousins and other dear relatives and friends.
